Beautiful and simple snow white desk on rustic wood flooring.
Vintage industrial chic at its finest!
Love the wood grain.
My ideal workspace. Except there would be two monitors and a Wacom tablet.
Even though the desktop has a little more on it than I would like, the atmosphere in total looks like it lends itself to getting some serious reading, writing or more importantly, dreaming and thinking accomplished.
White Rustic Workspace:
This spacious 109 square meters apartment from dreams has separate room for each kid and parents. Interior decor is a lovely mixture of natural wood parquet and white furniture with simple lines, with a touch of mid century pieces and designer chairs. The architect behind this home really understood the importance of natural light. The apartment is bathed in light thanks to the numerous large windows. Working fireplace & double doors give old charm to the whole place.
Nothing I love more when working than a view outside.
Spiral Stair Scenery:
Adjacent to the self-designed stairs are desks and cabinets in porcini style. The modern desk chair Ero S is designed by Philippe Starck for Kartell. On the wall sits a Triplex industrial lamp, design Johan Petter Johansson. Glass vase are on the desktop, Ann-Christine made herself by sticking together glasses and bowls. The floor is the old floor in spruce polished up. [Rough translation.]
